Thanks Mars, followed your steps and group login isn't a problem anymore.

I noticed that a group can be used as account as well, but without any password!

HFS will prevent anyone from loggin in with a group name

Actually I just tested logging in with a group name and it works. The login button disappears. However no new folders appear that this group should see, but they now have access to a folder your not supposed to until you login.

This is what it shows for both of those

Code: [Select]
NameScheme      = thumb-%file-name%
OutputFolder    = converted
NameScheme      = prev-%file-name%
OutputFolder    = converted

NameScheme I understand, output Folder I understand also. Not sure where I am supposed to put the conversion list (step2) file path here. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding what you are meaning.

BTW, on step 1 I usually just use the deafault preset "RAWR-Template". But I also tried with creating my own.

It's not supposed to be greyed out all the times. It's only supposed to grey out when:
- You just loaded a setting file
- Have not made any changes to the settings
- Recently saved your changes

One thing that should definitely work:

Create a new setting file by pressing the 'new' button at the welcome tab
Give it a name and save the file to your disk
Make sure the newly created setting is selected and loaded and start changing the settings
Now press the "Save Settings" button

If it is still greyed out, please say so

Ok it seems to save the settings. The only thing its not saving is the folder/subfolder location. I have to add it everytime I run TPGen.

I'm not sure how to use the symbol section however, how do I use those?

Works great like expected. However the save settings option has always been greyed out. It would save some time if I could save my settings. Any ideas why its greyed out?

Ok finally figured out how to use it. Still have to manually enter the "=" sign after you insert the file and before you enter the comment.

I'm not sure how to use the symbol section however, how do I use those?

I think this could be a nice little tool. I personally use comment file's and I just do em one line at a time in one txt file.

Also a tools page is a great idea as well.

HFS ~ HTTP File Server / Possible to add file details?
« on: January 03, 2009, 02:53:43 AM »
I was wondering if its possible to add details to files on your server for other people to see?

So if I have a file named, for example, WinZip I can have something underneath it that says An archive utility.
This way people that aren't technical can know what it is.
