Title: Would it be possible to use a script to get the URL of a file?
Post by: JonBorichef on May 02, 2013, 05:34:54 AM
Hi all,

I was wondering if it would be possible to have a script on the host computer get a URL for a file hosted by HFS?

Could this be done through macros?

Thanks in advance,
Jon Borichef

do you mean the same computer running HFS and downloading a file locally?
or you meant another computer?

Where are you trying to get it?

In [file] it's %item-url%

In [request] and the like it's %url%

Thanks, however, I do not have much experience with Macros. Could you give me a more in-depth explanation of this process?

Thank you very much.
