but now a days u can't identify anyone ... i mean where he came from. like in Pakistan we have many ISP's using Satellite link or having Ip Ranges from UK and Sigapore so if you check them u will see that this person is comming from some UK IP Range, and its happening not only in Pakistan its everywhere due to shortage of IPv4 range.

okay ...

i installed SoftPerfect Bandwidth Manager in my PC and tried to lock the bandwidth with it, its counting data that sent & recieve but no limit is imposed :/

tried in both way incomming & outgoing but dunno why its not working any idea? i use this software for bandwidth shapping with ISA server perfectly, maybe it works only with a proxy server :/

what my idea is that i am using Rawr 0.0.7 a old theme maybe new version and old theme some conflicts

just an idea am not pointing any thing bad to TSG or Giant Eagle

and not only works

it works like a charm on Server 2003 .. i use it on server 2003 at regular and tested it on Server 2008 too without any issue .. even it works on Windows 7 for me too

nothing shows in request section .. i mean no multiple request for same file and no site browsing

still its sending many connection

if you ask me i want it a lil bit customised

like downloaders connection case or bad login case  HFS also send a DOS command too

arp -s IP-Add 00-00-00-00-00-00

it will work like a firewall and that user cant even ping you so he cant get to your HFS and when the ban remove arp -d  will remove firewall lock

there are many guides on internet how to use Squid as a Reverse proxy and i believe if he do use squid as a reverse proxy and squid also uses a anonymous prosy his problem will be solved

is there a way to limit the downloaded bytes per hour or daily basis? for logged in users only

1) X Mb is allowed to download per hour or per day
2) X files are are allowed to download per day ... no counting about downloaded size in total

which ever is possible .. both will do the same for me atleast
