When an option that permits to block access to configuration? (with config File encryption ;) )

To avoid that someone else ended the program for example or change the settings...

I don't plan to work on such feature.
If the user wants to end the program can always use the task manager.
You can get the result by running HFS and other programs under different Windows' accounts.
I know it's not as handy, but it's at least truly safe.
