- solved problem with "add progress frame" and firefox
- force non-persistent connections with wget
- "Confirm exit" was not working correctly answering NO

Thanks rejetto. The Add Progress frame now works in Fox.
I'll test the new shutdown code ASAP and report if it fixed it or not.

Note: Windows NT 4.x = Windows NT Workstation/Server ;)

yes, but...you should provide more information on your problem.
1. a full list of addresses HFS detected (menu -> ip address)
2. the address HFS detected as external (that is, the non-working one)
3. the address MIRC detect (that is, the working one)
4. tell if you are or aren't behind a router

as far as i can see, the IP detected by HFS is a cache server.
HFS uses several servers to detect the IP, i fear one of them is not detecting cache systems.
since i don't know which one is not working, i will keep only rejetto.com and no-ip for the next beta.

please test it and report here if the problem is fixed.
the IP detection installed on rejetto.com does

Only the rejetto.com is working. No-ip does not work.

Yeah, just a really small bug, but the check for updates option doesn't work. I had to come here to find beta 13, while in beta 11, it said it was still the latest version.

I absolutely love this program (coming from a fellow Delphi coder :P),

This is not a bug in HFS itself. HFS just downloads a small text file from
the server (www.rejetto.com) and uses the update info stored there.

So, it's just this file not beeing up to date (as well as the link in the 1st post  :roll: ).
Shit happens...  ;)

Feature request:

- The possibility to comment the root folder, this comment should be
  placed above the file list. So you can introduce people to your server,
  give directions, place a disclaimer or anything else you like. Would be
  usefull on servers hosting a complicated directory structure so new users
  don't get confused and leave. (FTP uses a similar feature)

and i want to tell you guys about some problem: i made a Real Folder with the upload function, i was enter to the Real Folder in my server and i pressed on the Upload button and then on the "ADD PROGRESS FRAME" and then on "CLOSE PROGRESS FRAME" and it opened to me a new window with the closed progress frame, and my question is: why it's opening a new window instead of close the progress frame in the same window? :cry:

please, try disabling the bandwidth graph
just resize it until it disappears
