don't attach for 24 hours

This server is moving from php4 to php5.
For 24 hours any new attachment may be lost. I guess the same may happen to any new uploaded avatar.

By security measure, it would be preferable to block temporarily all the upload

Don't know if its possible to retrieve but I've got a lost attachment. I guess some people don't notice this board.
