Login users can only see their own files?

When connect to HFS, every one can see all files and folders, after setup restrict access, login users still can see all files and folders.

Can I setup HFS that login user only allowed to see his files and folders, should not see others' files and folders?

Menu --> Virtual File System --> Check 'List Protected Items Only For Allowed Users
