Report: Download problem in new version 2.3beta (142)

Hi there,

When my file server upgraded to 2.3beta (142), which cannot download files with download accessorlator, such as Orbit Downloader, Flashget.

Check that "Menu > Limits > Prevent Leeching" is disabled

if it is disabled double check that you can download a file normally without a download accelerator.

What version did you upgrade from? I think it might have to do with the allowed referer feature.

try this 'Menu > Limits > Allowed referer' and enter a '*'.

Which is udgrading from previous version HFS 2.3 beta build 141, and it can use download accerlator from build 141 without problem~

What does the '*' do?  Does it allow any referrer and if so why do you need to enable this?

Sorry for all who concern this bug report, I've make mistake for HFS, after checking for my orbit downloader, all the setup was cleared when upgrade to new version. Now is rusuming to normally and working fine.

Yes, its a wildcard that will allow any referer instead of only hfs by default.
