How to mount the USB drive

I have a USB drive that i want to mount
so instead of Home ill see D:\ for example and when enter the ip i can upload and download files to the the USB

bind to root
Select drive D

(for HFS simplicity)
Drag n drop everything in drive into HFS
*select real folder if asked!

Open Web Browser...

it works almost like what i want
i have a vmware and a USB drive that i want to upload file to
i want to have the USB drive under the / and when i open the IP i can see the USB folder and i can download and upload files
in the options you gave me i can see the files but cant upload

when added a real folder in VFS, by default this is visible for all users, select  it and go to property--> permission> upload and select who can upload in this folder only

I dont see options to upload
i added a folder then press permissions then i dont see anything saying upload
also why cant i see the D: USB drive instead off the folder inside i saw a video showing you can see the drive letter
