I have heard that HFS is a good server but it isn´t working for me.
My bulletproof ftpserver is also stopt working since I have update XP with SP2. I don´t run the firewall from windows. I work with zonealarm I pad the port from my router.

Bittorrent or Emule is still working. I also tried the working ports from emule but HFS doesn´t work. When I tried tot brows it I get the message that the browser can´t find the page.

Can someone help me with this problem or has onybody else the same porblem

Thanxs Dave

incomming - 10<<
outgoing    - 10<<

zonealarm is a firewall

Bittorrent or Emule is still working??? 10 limit ..if they be run...hfs cannot to connect.

I can´t brows it at all, not with the intern IP or my own IP I tries different ports even the open port for emule.

zonealarm is my firewall that I opened for HFS

Emule or Bittorrent aren´t running when I tried to work with the HFS server. And when they are running I get highspeed connection up 45 kb/s and download 280 kb/s. So got no problems at al.

When I am up or downloading loading files with total comander (as a ftp client) to my friends server there are no problems.

I hope this information is geting closer to the problem

Thanx Dave

ensure the HFS port is actually open
you can use netstat -nap tcp

it should say LISTENING

If HFS is launched before ZoneAlarm is started properly, it will automatically deny access unless HFS is restarted. To resolve this problem, all HFS access to act as a server and access to the Internet in ZoneAlarm's application control panel.

I am still working on it.

With windows start up no starting Firewall zonealarm, so the will only the be router and the windows firwall. The firwall of windows is off. In the advandce settings I have made the exeptions possible for FTP en HTTP servers on port 21 and 80 and I even made my own port 2001.

On my route I have forwarding the port 21, 80 , 2001 and 4662 ( emule settings)

But nothing is working jet with intern IP 10.0.0.150 and my own IP it won´t brows at all, still got the meddage that the page couldn't be found.

Till now thanxs a lot, but I hope the will be a sollution to my problem
