How to configure a download manager with HFS?

When the internet goes down I have to start from the beginning to download the file, I want to find a way that if the internet is ace when reconnect stay where download the file. If there is any way to do this, I hope your answers.

using a program such as google's chorme's built in version of a download manger as hfs is a "recursive html application", meaning when connection is there the connection will continue to go.. meaning that if it is..."chrome" fails to download and your use the arrow and click retry, it will pick right back up to try and downlaod it again...

you will need to uncheck a box in hfs to "enable download accelerators"...
*as for programing it with a download manger.. search the fourm!...

HFS already supports resuming of downloads.
If yours is not going is because of the program you use to download.
Chrome is one of these, sadly.
