This is just an add-on (I wish I could've used the edit button as a guest), but remember, there are some links in that template you can replace with your own. (I was sorta too lazy to remove them, but it also shows that you can put your links there).
When you hover a link, it will flash a Web2.0 pink.
This is a small rip off http://h-master.net/web2.0/index.php with some personal modifications.
One last thing, I call this the "Flickr" template.
