Title: can someone help please

I have a problem with my computer. Everytime i try and install soemthing it says SystemWindows.psapi.dll and it wont let me install can someone please tell me how to fix this or if there is a way..

Maybe you have a corrupt or missing psapi.dll file.  I just did a google search for that file and free copies of it are available.

if you are useing Win98 you can use run->SFC
then scan for corrupt or missing  files

and it is even easyer with XP just run-> "sfc /scannow"
