Never Got This Program Run Smoothly I have tired many times

I have had nothing but problems with this program here are the problems I get I have run this program 50 times same problems every time.

Runing in local host
Server is busy 50%
Template is broken like 30% of the time

Through my ip
Server is busy like 70% of the time
Template is broken like 90% of the time when I do not get server busy error

I am using Live 3.0.1 template
My true upload speed is 1.4mbs might not be fast enough to run HFS smoothly

hi, i suspect that your problem is caused by some bad "limit" that was set.
Check all the limits you set in Menu>limits, see if disabling them solves.
I cannot skype, sorry.

I cleared all of the limits except

Speed limit for signal address is 6500kb

Minimum disk space is 7500mb

Now it seems to be working just fine

now you can consider of readding your previous limits, one by one, and on every addition you should check if the problem is back, so you know what's causing it.
