I'm visualize this trouble:
1) My icon very often not show in different browsers - only after i'm chose "show image" in context menu i'm can see it.
!not all icon, but random
2) firstlyб if i'm set limit 30 kb/s, and 3 man download somfiles - everyone download 10 kb/s simultaneous.
Now everyone download 30 kb/s in turn - second for fierst man, second for second men etc..
precatory words:
1) start as services. A'm test utils from forum, but its bad, because not work context menu in files from explorer.
2) speed limit simultaneous download from one IP
