I wonder why I can't open this great template in my HFS 2.1d (088)
After clicking Import to the template file. There is nothing, just a blank page.

it took ages, but today i accidentally stumbled upon this bug, have been able to reproduce it and... fixed it

the UTF8 decoding function returns empty when the decoding fails.

so, now, when it fails, i keep the raw text.
