Yes, this is a nice concept, i don't like the Filelist and Folder Archive buttons there, if you can position them somewhere nicer, it will look very nice :)...

May be Mac or some unix like operative softwares  ?

This is a concept in my mind and in a picture and some web codes - nothing done so far

also does HFS support FLASH template ?

HFS supports everything except php/asp and other server side scripting, if its client side you can do anything you like.

hybrid maybe.. i havent use mac nor vista aero before so i donno which look more alike. but i think it looks like windows based on minimised/maximize/close button and the navigation button. the one that looks like Mac for me is the taskbar (mac theme)..

well this is what I've done with my http://shopbox.no-ip.org hfs and I hope that when you get done I will be able to incorporate your style into what I have done.
