Title: Https - generating a CSR within Stunnel
Post by: rednyle on October 31, 2011, 11:45:11 PM
Hi,

I'm trying to generate a CSR to submit to Go Daddy for a certificate. I'm trying to do it with this command "openssl.exe req -new -key private.key -out my.domain.csr
" but I keep getting the error, "unable to load config info from /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf". I think it's because this is on a Windows 2008 server and the file structure is different than Linux. Can someone show me how to accomplish this with Stunnel and OpenSSL for Windows so that I can get a certificate from Go Daddy?

Thank you!

this seems to be a stunnel/openssl problem.
it's ok to post here but you may find more help on a specific forum
