HFS Launch Issue

Hello,
I love HFS, great program. Problem is everytime I download it, it runs fine until I reboot my computer. Then when I try to launch it, nothing happens. No taskbar icon shows up and I even test it by doing 127.0.0.1 to see if webpage comes up and nothing. It just doesn't launch at all. So I download it again, and it works fine all of a sudden. Then once I reboot again, same problem. It just won't stay working, I have to re-download it over and over. I've tried this on many devices, and it does the same on all of them (laptop, workstation and server). Any ideas???

1) Which is the used version
2) On which operational systems were made the tries

Please note that I'll always doing basic tests (especially launching ), so you guys will get a post from me if launching breaks. So far it's still running fine.

Keeping licenses for old OS does have it's benefits sometimes...

this is a very unusual problem.
when you try to run hfs and nothing happens, please check if yousee the hfs process in the task manager (CTRL ALT DEL)

another thing you can try is to hold SHIFT while starting hfs. this will load default configuration.
