About the download by other download tools.

I set the root directory's user and password. Then I can't use any other download tools just like flashget,btcomet,etc.

They comment 'Unauthorized'. I can only click the right button to select 'save as' to download the files under the root directory.

WHY??

Is it a bug? How can I fix it?
