Title: downloaded files

I have been testing HFS 271, it's much better, but I have been testing skins on my system ( win7 ult ).
Notice that when ".htm" files are hosted that it would open as a webpage in the browser, there are some skins that does not open it as a webpage, instead it downloads the file.

It would also be good if the user would be able to view an item instead of directly downloading it, or add a method to create a list of known file types in the program and how to open them, like in the case of a web file like a style sheet, it would have a extension ".css", if I then list this in the program and specify that it should be displayed by text.  Something like that.

i don't know what you mean by "skin".
maybe you missed this:
menu > other options > open directly in browser

and if that's not enough, you must probably configure mime types
