Title: how to use and where to get a template
Post by: harleygirl on May 31, 2005, 07:29:14 PM
I have been to the template forums.  I will not pretend that I know how to make a template.  I do not, but I DO understand its in HTML and it must be imported and I know where to go in the HFS File server to do so and all tha blah blah blah....., but nothing works like posted in the forum. I did manage to get a bit of HTML code from one link, but when I applied it it, it looked nothing like a pretty page, it was garbled. I read all the posts, tried  all the links ( most are dead BTW ) and I just cannot get a template.  I really like the Black one.  Does anyome have it too share?

is the template you are trying to import compatible with HFS 2.2 ?

many of the newer templates require you to use HFS 2.3 (it's a beta)

This is my solution, I downloaded a web page using the Windows Vista Theme Black and just added that into my server, hide the files from people just viewing them and configured it from there as if it was my own HTML...wasn't hard at all.
