Français / Uploading on Dynamic Directory ?

Sorry for my "french's english",
It's not really a bug (not found a good topic to post)
But i use Hfs on my usb portable key.
I want define an upload directory (real folder), on my Usb key, but Hfs don't seem offer possibility to manage dynamic drive for this fonctionality.
Can you confirm it ?
