請問如何限制單一下載的速度

因為有時，上傳會佔滿整個頻寬，導致其他人網頁開不上去。

雖然有可以限制整個server的速度

那有什麼辦法可以限制單一的下載速度嗎？

嗚嗚~

大大，聽說還是一樣耶…

有時會有用，有時就沒有用…

請問如果都是區網呢？limit single adress speed 這個會失去功用嗎？

還是有其它方法可以用....
