Feature Request-Mailto:"localhost"

I would like to request u to add a mailto localhost like feature or something like a link from which, by clicking on the link and filling the form by user, the form is directly opened , or gets saved on my pc.....
And,
How can i make appear a  LOGOUT button on the page, i always try different logins, but i find it diccicult to go to log in page, as, when i close the browser  and then click 'open in browser' my browser directly assumes me to the logged in user,
is it due to cache?

if it is not a cache problem, then you are using a tabbed browser and you just close the tab but you are not quitting the browser. sadly, you need to quit the browser.

Please note some session-saving and -resuming extensions(Firefox)/features(Opera) also save/resume the HTTP authentication data.
