Proxy thru my server?

Is there a HTML file or anything that would allow my server to also be used as a proxy?

i dont think u quite understand. i want to make my HFS into a proxy. but since hfs doen't accept PHP i wonder if there is html for it.

i don't understand what you want to do.
proxy is anything particular. is a concept.

i want to be able for people to run thru my server so it masks their IP address when they connect to another site

That is not possible with HFS because for that you need server side scripting. Maybe try useing apache or some other web server that supports server side scripting.
