feature request: an option to auto-save VFS on every changes (not exit). for protecting VFS from crashes and some other things.
ok

The autosave VFS option sounds cool, but it would be nice to keep a backup of the VFS before the autosave (in case you need to 'undo' the last change)

An 'Undo' button maybe?

undo button is too complex at this position i think. but backup file would be nice.

As the backup is done before the change, on clicking 'Undo' button HFS could just restore the backup made and reload the VFS.

Doing it manually is IMHO more comlicated...

there's an easy way to implement the undo.
it will be an undo that will waste memory and may be slow, but...who cares? better than nothing.
it will be configurable to N levels.
zero levels = no undo, for those who don't want it.
i planned it for 2.1

Hi!

Maybe this has been disscussed somewhere, I'm sorry for asking if that's the case...

(I'm using HFS 2.0 Beta7) Login doesn't work for me! It always shows a page with the text below when I click the Login button! The same one when I try to access a folder with a password or restricted to a specific user!

Hi Rejetto..

Haven't been on in a while and had some catching up to do.. Started running Beta7 a few days back with Mr Anon's NEW Black Template
and all is working fine "so far" with no problems.. I took my web page down off the server and now only run HFS to pass a few files now and then..
Not quite the activity the system had before but still gets a good workout.
Hope all is well in Rejetto land.. Best wishes and thanks again for such a cool program..

La8er..

that page is not sent by HFS with a normal code.
HFS sends an error code, and your browser should pop up a dialog for user/pass.
don't you see any dialog?
it has been tested with IE, Mozilla, Opera and it works.

hi iron :)
2.0 is going quite well
the real problem now is the instability bug using the speed limiter

Is it that one that caused my crashes - when I started with it  ?

I have a problem with displaying icons

Whenever You browse through real directories (did not test it with virtual directories)

some of the icons don't display right...I always have to click enter in web browser to see them all or go to another directory and click back botton..

Is there a way to fix it?

THX

btw.. I'm on Win XP Pro SP1 + IE6.0

It works OK with Mozilla Firefox
