Custom VAR’s or TAG’s

Is it possible to use java or any other method to create custom VAR’s so that you can use some of the many other Colum tag

Examples

Instead of:

File Name: File Size: File Date: Hits

Say I want to have the following columns

File Name: Title: Author: Comment: Track

And let’s say I want them to pertain to the corresponding tag information

Well you get the picture I hope

It's probably possible to extract file info using javascript. This info wouldn't kick in until the
js loading phase of a webpage (its one of the final stages, so you WILL notice a lag before
it loads).
