What need to edit source code & copmiler

What tools do I need in order to edit the source code for Hafs
 
I mean the programming language or any other libraries with download links if you allow

hfs by rejetto is a "objective pascal / c..." based coding lanuage that is in the programing lanuage called "delphi"

you will see that it is easier to edit the html side with macros then reprogram and use the source code...

not very important but it's "object pascal" not "objective c".
Anyway, saying Delphi is enough, and the tool used to develop is very old: Turbo Delphi. It is officially dismissed, but you can search the web for more luck.
For the libraries refer to the file "developer notes.txt" you find in the archive of HFS sources.
It can be a real mess, so first consider that some features can be achieved through scripting.
