Title: Video Preview.. newbie

Hi..

Just starting using this program and love it already..
All is up and running using 2.3 beta Build 279 & Terayon v1.3.4

Only thing missing to get it all to work, is preview of .avi files..

When i press the preview buttom i get redirected to divx software.. I tryed installing that but then it keep's giving me a 401 error

It's not possible to use vlc player insted? or link it to use vlc player.. Or just get it to work hehe :)

yes you can use vlc player.
open up vlc and choose streaming (Ctrl + s)
then choose network tab.
add the adress to your movie.
press stream.
enjoy. :)

if the file has a password vlc will ask for it and you just fill it in and the movie will start after that.

But was hoping to get it to open automatic in vlc player insted of using that divx thing :)

did you try clicking "search" here on the forum, and then entering "vlc" ?
i remember someone already made something with vlc
