FHFS is very slow when accessing from other external machine

I installed 2.05 but FHFS server is very slow in responding-it is responding on and off when working slowly. I didn't do any customization but it's a clean installation.
The only thing I changed is port number to 1010 from 80 "after" the installation per the instructions.
It is working normally (fast) from within the installed machine itself though.

You must have a slow internet connection.  If the build times for pages are reasonable (you can find them in the generated sources of the user template) then it's not the fault of FHFS.

Maybe something's wrong on my side. I just do not know what it is.

My computer specs are exellent:

My internet connection is blazingly fast 75/35 Mbps (Fios).
Top line 500g SSDs raid 0
3.2g i7 processor
24m 1200 DDR memory

I reinstalled it and now it is running normal and fast.
