Post by: mohamedpchell on January 16, 2014, 11:23:42 PM
hi,
i have annoying problem with HFS that when some people download my files through it and try to extract files or install them , they fail to  extract archive or mount iso files :(
i tried every thing installing new version of HFS , scan and defrag the disk frequently

ask your frends what filesystem they have.
older computers have fat32 as filesystem , and that has a size limit at 4 gigabyte.

how big is your iso files?

they all have NTFS file system :(

HFS is known to have no such kind problems.

1. is the non-working file of the same exact size as the source?
2. did you try to download yourself?
3. what makes you think it's your problem and not theirs?
4. are they using the same software/browser to download?
