rejetto, German language in this forum is badly broken, once I changed languages it was a real mess! As an experienced user I managed to recover from the error - but a 'normal' user would end up with a nonfunctional forum...

what you mean with "changing the language" ?
i don't remember having installed german lang pack for this forum.

i saw several "0 bytes" lang files
removed all those languages for now
maybe i will retry adding them in future

yes, one is utf-8, the other is not.
many russians still use win98, i guess no unicode support -.-
