I have noticed following bug...if there is a limit of speed in options, then all guests will download according to this limit. But if during this time a user who has 'ignore limits' point in his options will authorise, then all guest's limits will a ...will be cancelled.
I've checked on 152 and 179 builds. But on 088 this problem does not exist
