In any case if we did not understand the question, the drawing is very nicely decorated  ;)

I believe to understand his request.

The answer will be simple and short, hfs is developed in delphi language and only useful under a Microsoft environment Windows (not under windows CE) ;)

you should master java programming, then java mobile programming. Then you'll know what to do.

i doubt you will find an automatic converter.
you can try to manually convert the sources.
it may take you a month or several months to do it. good luck ;)

ect.

if will be a complication then I will been slower, but

it's like thinking you can correctly translate polish to english just by translating single words.
you'll find yourself it's much more than that.

Easy! I found a program that transforms the value of all tickets:

5 €  -> 20 €
10 €  -> 200 €
100 €  -> 500 €

 ;)

1. Your phone must me connected to Internet ALWAYS. I doubt it is possible. Mobile ISP have very short idle-disconnect time. Your server should continuously communicate with outside server to keep connection alive.
2. Even when it is connected I don't think your phone is accessible from the Internet. I even doubt it has proper external IP :)
3. Why would you need such server? The whole idea of HFS - make home computer's data mobile and accessible from remote location. But your phone is ALREADY mobile along with all its data.
