I removed fhfs, but I can not set back. installation page opens, but the installation does not occur.

Try choosing an administrator username that doesn't contain 'admin'.

I specifically disabled that since it's too easy to guess but I just discovered a JSON syntax bug that makes your browser hang when you try to enter 'admin' as the username.

HFS will always use the most CPU it can (100% of one entire core) while processing scripts, but these should only last for short periods of time.
