Add icons

A bit different problem, but still icons....
I noticed the Menu > Other Options > Add Icons didn't work for me.
It will add them, but wont save, even when manually
saveing options, and save vfs. ?
I've had a lot of problems with it adding icons on its own and that
changes the order they are in, for any above ~37. 
Figured I just wasn't doing something right, but now I wonder if its a bug.

icons are only saved in VFS, each custom icon per file.

hmm, yes, the order is not granted, because HFS always ADD new icons, never clear custom icons. the only way to clear custom icons is to restart HFS.

so... this system was designed to make icons work with files in list, and HFS takes care of this job assigning the right ~number.
but sure this is not very good if you want to use that icon elsewhere in your template.
the only way to have fixed numbers is to restart hfs before loading a VFS file, and this doesn't work anyway if you update to a new version (new icons may be added, as in the #090).

i didn't mention a fact:

this is not the only way to have custom icons. you can have hidden gif files inside the file system, and use them as icons. this will make you use a fixed filename to refer to it.
