Title: 404 Not Found ?

In the past versions when I clicked the "Up" button at the entry level folder it went back to the index web page. In 2.1 beta 13 (newest) I get 404 - Not Found ? Read the forum, don't think I missed anything in settings, is this "expected" behavior?
