I created a testfolder music, linked to a subfolder of my vfs as a real folder, of 50 GBytes with more than 9000 files in about 460 folders - hfs works fine without any problem. with build #137
ok, please try build #125, #126 and so onokay ill do that right now
until you find the build where it stopped working
Name is fine the way it is? HTTP File Server, HFS = perfectly good name. Only when it supports FTP then a name change will be needed,
download @ www.dovedove.it/hfs/hfs137.exe
what's new
- incorrect handling of // in URI www.rejetto.com/forum/?topic=4969
bug fixed in next build
maybe it has to do with a combination of things such as default file mask, virtual folders.. etc etc
I couldnt reproduce it by going to http://localhost// with Firefox 2.0.0.7
Why don't you just run more than one instance of HFS. One for each of your sites. Different ports of course. Forget about that re-directing as I'm sure you can tell by now that it isn't working.
