Post by: L on November 12, 2006, 05:26:45 AM
I wonder how can I change the IP address into NO-IP format automatically?
I don't want my real IP address show to the orthers, you know, that is dangerous.
So...how can I change the IP address into NO-IP format automatically when hfs start up.
Thank for your help.

I wonder how can I change the IP address into NO-IP format automatically?

(expert mode)
menu -> ip address -> custom

this is not exact.
using no-ip (and similar) you don't "hide" your IP. you just give it another form.
it is nice and easy to remember, yes, but it has nothing to do with security.

First of all, thanks for your help. But I wonder:

menu -> ip address -> custom

That means,I just put my no-ip address in it?(E.g: http://louischung.no-ip.org)
