Hi everyone,
I am setting up a HFS server for data storage for a few users. Each user has their own folder so that it is easy for data management. I would like to make the folder like a "home folder" for each user, i.e., each one can only manipulate their files within their own folder. This is can be easily done by setting username and password. However, when connecting to the server, the users can still see all "home folders" for all users. Is their a way to create a blank (or equivalent) login page, so that each user see nothing before login and directly go to their own home folder? In this way, individual user does not know the existence of others completely.
Thanks!

Hi! :)

It's easy: first switch to 'Expert mode', then go to 'Menu' -> 'Virtual File System' -> and check 'List protected items only for allowed users'. And that's it!...

Thanks a lot! Virtual file system, emm..., it's an advanced function to me, but I will try it.  :D
