HFS ~ HTTP File Server / how can i link server images in a website
« on: March 28, 2006, 12:42:13 AM »
Additionally, you will have to specify the extensions that you want HFS to display in browser and not download.
By default, jpg files are automatically displayed in the browser but you might want to add .png and .gif to the list as well :)

Well, basically Winrx authors copied HFS's code without first asking rejetto and started a madness in the HFS forum. Later on Winrx and rejetto has signed a contract with the company which settled all this.
It was a long time ago, anyways :)

If you have problems with your VPN, you may also try this little software called Hamachi. It helps a lot when it comes to NAT to NAT. http://www.hamachi.cc/

I think it is worth an option too, since Windows contain more bugs than Java. :P

HTML & templates / How to change the Upload Script?
« on: January 28, 2005, 07:16:33 PM »
For the upload to work, you must change the fileupload(x) with the corresponding number so that HFS could recognize which files are being uploaded. :)

HTML & templates / HFS Black - The Black HFS Template!
« on: January 24, 2005, 03:21:07 AM »
The Javascript used in the template is not recognized by all browsers used and also cannot be recognized by the W3 Validator. To eliminate these issues with browsers, a page without scripts is always better.

HFS ~ HTTP File Server / HFS noob question
« on: January 20, 2005, 04:50:20 PM »
You will need to save the VFS (Virtual File System) if you want the files/folders list to be saved in the file so it could be loaded next time HFS is loaded. (You could allow HFS to automatically reload the last VFS loaded so that the files/folders tree could be loaded next time you start HFS.)

You could change the folder: / message by editing the HTML Template in HFS.
