Why other person Does not Open My Site on my UrL I have Registered the no-ip domain but My friends can not Open my SITe on my Url only they can open my site on my internet ip Plz..... If any setting behind this Reason plz.................. tell me

You reach our Webserver every day between 9 AM to 10 PM under: http://phampel.dyndns.org or http://free4you.dyndns.org

Check to see if noip.com is forwarding your link on the right port.  If it is anything other than port 80 you will need to select port 80 redirect and set the port to the port that you use.  If it is set correct, I would have to look at it to be of any more help.

the no-ip account needs to be updated with your current IP.
are you updating it?

do this, menu>dyndns updater>no-ip wizard, insert your account info. do it once and hfs will update the dns automatically. and for the url, add your current port for example if port=81 then http://blabla.no-tp.org:81 (including the : )
