HFS speed--very slow--

no, the speed was already stabilized
it highly depends, i guess, on the moment
in fact, i just retried, and now i got ~40kb/s
there's nothing strange in it, i just can't download fast from you
there are many hops between me and you (i saw it gets slow on hop 18/19)
you got to ask someone else to test for you
